FLAVOR AND PRODUCT EXPERIENCE:

We as GSE Trading cc. have been purchasing these fine Trinitario beans for 2 and a half years now with a total of 80 Mt. Due to the various base varieties of Trinitario types in this mixture of fine beans we end up with complex fruity very distinctive flavor in our chocolate. Various roasting profiles are used to achieve different outcomes. Over time we have perfected our shipping requirements but always had excellent communication and understanding with the seller. We are continuing to import these beans for 2017 and beyond and looking forward to creating even more additional high quality chocolate products. Further partnerships with the seller are envisaged for the near future

Help increase supply chain transparency by sharing your experience.
